(1) After receiving the notice in accordance with section 34, the speaker or chairman of the concerned house or assembly shall inform the concerned house or assembly of such notice within fifteen days from the date of registration of such notice.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), when the session of the Federal Parliament or State Assembly is not in progress, such notice shall be pasted on the notice board of the concerned Secretariat and after the session of the Federal Parliament or State Assembly, such action shall be reported to the concerned House or Assembly.
